Obama

Anyone who knows Jason and I are probably aware that politically, our house is split. I am very Democratic and Jason is very Republican. As a result, for the last couple of months we have avoided all political discussions and television for fear of a fight. A couple of weeks before the inauguration, I noticed that Riley was suddenly very aware of Barack Obama. Whenever he saw him on tv on in a magazine he would say "look mommy, there is Barack Obama". He has been EVERYWHERE so I just figured it made sense that he regognized him. Than, the weekend before the Inauguration, I was flipping through a People, Riley sees a picture of Barack and says "wooohooo, Barack Obama.... Mommy IT'S BARACK, WHOOOO HOOO!!!! I started to giggle and looked over at Jason who was not very happy. Later he asked me if I taught Riley that just to piss him off. Of course I didnt but it would have been really funny if I had. Anyway, I still have no idea where he got it from.
